There was no difference because it is all a fake. The current forces of the Left and the Right are fakes. The Tea Party is infusing substance and reality from the bottom up to the right side of the debate and getting rid of its fakes.
On the Left all we have are fakes as exemplified by Trauma Obama. The arguments are fake and the players are fake. Unlike the bottom-up Tea Party just about every organization on the Left is a fake more interested in power for itself than for the concerns of constituents.
On November 2, 2010 the Tea Party controlled Republican Party will rejoice their many victories and prepare to select their next presidential nominee.
On November 3, 2010 the Democratic Civil War will continue until Barack Obama is driven out of office and influence – and one woman, one vote (that vote counted as intended), is restored.Do you know what I'm sick of? People who are stuck and think they're better when they're not. I read Kate Clinton's latest garbage at The Progressive right before I read Hillary Is 44 tonight. Kate may or may not be funny live -- I think she peaked back in 2003 -- but she's nothing but a crabby little shrew with bitchy remarks as a writer.
This is who we replace Molly Ivins with?
Ivins uplifted us. Kate's always sneering at the world.
And I'm sorry but she's an ugly woman. It's really hard for me to forget that detail.
You know, if she were a super model. her contempt for all humanity might be amusing or make some sort of sense.
But I don't think there is uglier than Kate Clinton, physically ugly. So where does she get off thinking she's better than anyone?
As a brain? Don't make me laugh. She writes like a 8th grader and frequently makes factual errors that no columnist should make.
So she's ugly and, for her age, rather dumb.
Where does she get off trying to feel superior to the rest of us?
And what does Matt Rothschild really think Kate Clinton brings to The Progressive other than bitchy?
I'm really sick of it.
I could go on and on about this topic. I will note that a friend at work and I had a blow up over this very same topic. I'm not in the Tea Party, I am not concerned with their goals. But that does not mean I am all for lying. And my friend was just yammering away with one lie after another repeated as fact and I stopped him and recommended that he get his facts right before he embarrasses himself further. (Read Kate Zernike's book on the Tea Party. I'm halfway through it and it is a great book.)
But he doesn't think facts matter because when you're going tribal you can spew anything. I'm really sick of the hypocrisy.
And I'm really sick of people who go around thinking their so much better than others when, reality, Kate Clinton, you're an ugly and dumb person. You really don't have a lot to offer other than 'comedy' bits at rundown clubs as you fall back down the ladder of success you never quite made it halfway up.
Oh, is that harsh? So is all the s**t you've been writing about Americans to try to feel better about your own pathetic life. (How pathetic is her life? She had to rip apart a movie not all that long ago based on it not conforming to her life. Kate, no one would ever pay money to see your life story.)
