Tonight Chilean miners will escape their captivity by entering, one by one, into a capsule which will deliver them to freedom. We cling to the belief that tonight’s individual victories of each minor and the triumph for the Chilean nation is a harbinger for America – America will get in the capsule this November 2010 and finally be freed in November 2012.
We all fall into metaphorical holes of our own making or sometimes holes that open up beneath our feet. We still have the responsibility to get out and back on our feet.
“Hope has turned to doubt and disenchantment for almost half of President Barack Obama’s supporters.
More than 4 of 10 likely voters who say they once considered themselves Obama backers now are either less supportive or say they no longer support him at all, according to a Bloomberg National Poll conducted Oct. 7-10.
Three weeks before the Nov. 2 congressional elections that Republicans are trying to make a referendum on Obama, fewer than half of likely voters approve of the president’s job performance. Likely voters are more apt to say Obama’s policies have harmed rather than helped the economy. Among those who say they are most enthusiastic about voting this year, 6 of 10 say the Democrat has damaged the economy.“
Keep climbing out of the hole you threw us all in, you detoxing Obama supporters.
Yea! Good news. The hopium wears off. Throughout 2008, Ava and C.I. compared what was taking place within the Cult of St. Barack -- 'leaders' and media -- to The Invasion and noted how they felt like Nicole Kidman.
That was a really good description of it and I've never in my life experienced anything like the mass hypnosis of 2008. I remember when Bush occupied the White House and the media attempted to sell us one lie after another but that snowjob was nothing compared to what took place in 2008.
It truly was as if there was a virus circling the country and infecting a population.
And if you weren't ineffected, you could feel very, very alone.
That was by intention. They wanted you to feel that way so you'd whore out what you believed in and join them.
Those of us who refused to drink the Kool-Aid showed real strength and valor. And it wasn't easy. And when you find people who stood up and endured all that crap, you better believe we're not willing to listen to a bunch of whorese who lied to people repeatedly.
A number of people don't get that. They also don't get that we will not be tricked, we will not give up. We endured the rest of it and spoke the truth when truth telling was hard. We can handle anything now. We can climb Mt. Rushmore in stiletto heels.
